Eddie has always wanted a job that would keep him physically fit and enjoy a healthy life. Becoming a fitness instructor was the answer to his dreams, and it became even more special because it allows him to help others to reach their fitness goals faster! Eddie believes in making fitness FUN & ENJOYABLE. Your work-out should definitely be challenging, but never boring!

He received his first certification in Exercise, Health Studies & Personal Training through NCEHS at NTC. His current teaching styles include Stability Ball, Step Aerobics, Spin Cycling, Conditioning Classes, Pre and Post Natal Classes. The classes he most enjoy's teaching are BTS Body Balance, Body Pump, Mat and Reformer Pilates. His recent qualifications include FFI Kettlebells Ireland Instructor, TRX Suspension Training and ChiBall (a mind-body exercise and wellness programme that is based on the principles of traditional Chinese Medicine).
Through continue education with NTC (National Training Centre) and CCME (The College of Complimentary Medical Education), Eddie has moved one step further to become Neuromuscular Therapist, Physical Therapist, Orthopaedic Sport Massage Therapist dealing with injury rehabilitation, sport massage and soft tissue manipulation.
Eddie is also qualified Occupational First Aid Therapist and is Full member of REPS Ireland (REPS Ireland is the register of exercise professionals in Ireland), Strength and Conditioning Association of Ireland (SCAI); The Association of Neuromuscular Physical Therapists (ANMT); Less Mills International; ChiBall World Community and MK Pilates, Fitness Professionals Ltd.
His hobbies include dancing, acting, fashion, playing football and last but not the least gymnastics.
